The Sense' Nail Spa Front Desk team member is a self-motivated, creative, inspirational employee with true entrepreneurial spirit -- someone who can work within our "start-up" community salon and help take it to the next level. Embodying the Sense' Nail culture, our Front Desk Members are true originals who lead, inspire, and work with our incredible and diverse group of Nail Artists.  Sense' Front Desk should exude exceptional work ethic through punctuality, enthusiasm for the brand as well as being an amazing team player.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Shop Manager
  • Encourage an exciting, productive working environment that helps spread our brand while working closely with the Artists and Managers
  • Support growth with shop goals with accountability by encouraging your team to be the best they can be
  • Achieve optimal retail sales by making sure all of our clients receive superb customer service
  • Work to make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible customer service and brand awareness
  • Manage the day-to-day business and front desk duties of a busy nail art studio
  • Preserve the beauty of the shop through rigorous cleanliness standards
  • Always serve as a Sense' ambassador, spreading global awareness of our mission and brand
  • Help maintain a creative and strategic schedule with our Artists to encourage shop growth and high morale
  • Develop an open door relationship with your teammates to increase transparency
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and superior interpersonal skills to motivate others
  • Persevere in the face of challenges, adapt to changing environments, and push yourself to do whatever it takes to improve and develop
  • Utilize excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to accurately link cause and effect and to generate relevant solutions to problems
  • Possess superior organizational abilities, planning well and managing responsibilities effectively
  • Respect individuals' diverse experiences and work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
